A useful tip

Hello.Somethings not working? - Has anyone run into this problem? I have been backing up my DVD's for a while with know problem. Now for some reason after about 30% of the encoding my computer freezes. My firmware is update, and I have Anydvd running in the back ground. I start out using DVDfab Express and then DVD shrink. The movies are, Two for the money, Elizabeth Town, and Wedding Crasher. I've tried several times with each dvd. Any ideas?
